Remodel Process

Renovations, from design to completion

Don’t just live in your house; create a home that works for you! From concept to completion, L. Evans Design Group will meet with you to understand your needs, scope of work, timeline, and remodeling budget.

We will honestly evaluate the feasibility of your project, and work to establish a plan and price range that will accommodate your immediate and long-term goals. With design agreement approval, we will measure, photograph, and check the existing structural support and mechanical systems presently in place. Upon completion of this phase, we will proceed with detailed, professional plan drawings.

Throughout the next steps – selecting products, materials and colors for your specific project – Linda Evans and her staff will attend to the details. This includes traveling to and from showrooms, coordinating with suppliers, and developing your budget proposal. Prior to the beginning of your project, we personally secure the appropriate permits and obtain the necessary engineering requirements for each project along with a schedule of construction phases to follow.

Once production begins, we stay in constant communication with you to ensure that everyone is working in tandem throughout the entire process. On site, a company owner, project manager, or lead craftsman is present so that we can ensure that your home is safe, secure, and kept well organized. We also strive to minimize any dust, noise , and stress so that you and your family can go about your daily lives uninterrupted. Lastly, we respect the neighbors and strive to keep exterior noise and construction traffic to a minimum.

It is important to know that L. Evans Design Group uses only the highest quality craftsmen and artisans, people we know and trust who offer quality and value without compromise. This, above all else, ensures our personal confidence in the outcome and approach to your kitchen remodel, bathroom redesign, aging-in-place renovation, or entire home restyles.
